“Fo” Played for NAU from 1970-74

Our dear Tim Sanford (we called him Fo) passed away surrounded by his loving wife, Ginger, and his family. His heart finally couldn't battle any more and he is now in heaven surrounded by many of our amazing Waybackjacks that have gone on before him. Fo was a gentle spirit and a kind soul. He was in the coaching Hall of Fame in Arizona.

Fortunately, we were all at Homecoming together this year 2021. Fo and Ginger always came to Homecoming and joined in all our WBJ events. He played football at NAU from 1970-1974. He was always there for the WBJs whenever we needed anything. He was an amazing man and will be missed by all. RIP Fo
