Rufus Mullen Jr., 65, of Flagstaff, passed away September 6, 2016.  He was born in Artesia, New Mexico to Rufus and Florence Mullen.  He came to Flagstaff to play football at NAU and made it his permanent residence.  He was employed by UPS and retired from NAU July 17, 2015.  Rufus loved people and would talk to anyone.  He had a kind heart and was a loving partner and father.  He loved music and dancing. Rufus always accepted others as they were and had many friends who will miss him dearly.
