James “Jim” Bear #77

Jim came to NAU from Moon Valley HS in Phoenix AZ. While in high school he played tight end catching 37 passes for 707 yards and 10 touchdowns as a senior. In high school he was also a wrestler and hurdler.

Coming to NAU he redshirted his first year, learning the tackle position.

While at NAU Jim was honored as a Big Sky All Academic.
